Delivery & Returns
All our products are made-to-order, so please do allow for this. We endeavour to dispatch your orders within 3 to 5 working days of order confirmation. If, for any reason, we expect a delay to this, we will notify you via email provided at time of purchase.
All orders are shipped via DHL as standard, however we may use An Post at our discretion. Shipping times are typically 2 to 3 days from when you receive your shipping confirmation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Product returns are accepted where products are new and unused, at the customers' expense, within 14 days of receipt. Candles / wax melts must not have been burnt / melted & wax must be unblemished. Reeds in diffusers must not have been placed in oil.
When goods have been found to be faulty or damaged you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. We will refund the price paid for the goods, the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
If you'd like to exchange a Product for another, please return to us within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be resaleable, new & unused.
